Thank you for shopping at Beadlush. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so contact us within seven days of receipt of your shipment should you need to return an item. Expect a response within three business days.

You may request a full refund on most new, unopened items. Sale items may be excluded; please pay attention to the product’s description for exclusions on refunds. Items that have been altered in any way are not eligible for refunds. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If the return is a result of our error – i.e. the product was defective or you received something other than what you ordered, we will cover your return shipping costs.

To request a return authorization, email the following information to shopbeadlush@gmail.com:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Beadlush’s order number
  • Order date
  • Item description(s)
  • Reason for return

All of this information must be included for a return authorization to be issued. Please allow three business days for a response.

Return authorization numbers will only be issued within 30 days of delivery and are good for a period of 15 days from the date of issue via email, during which time your returned item must be received by Beadlush.

Allow up to four weeks to your refund from the time you ship your returned item, though we anticipate your wait to be much shorter. Do consider purchasing tracking and delivery confirmation when you ship your return. Beadlush is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds are credited to the account used to make the purchase.
